
Redang Island 3 Days 2 Nights

Finally made it to the most popular Redang Island, Trengganu, West Malaysia.
Booked through Sin Pin Travel, but contracted Kulim First Travel.
Depart Penang 10 pm from Mobil Petrol station, opposite “Tapak Pesta Sungai Nibong”. Boarded a Super VIP Bus 18 seaters., took the route Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam, then Kulim High Tech highway all the way to Gerik. Have a short stop over for refreshment.
Arrived Merang Jetty, Kuala Trengganu at 7am. Every hotel has their own ferry and Jetty. The most systematic one is Laguna Redang Jetty.

Our tour package was with Pelangi Redang Resort.
Ferry to Redang depart at 9.30am. The ferry can board about 25 passengers.
Reach Redang at 10.30am

Snorkering at Teluk Dalam
Back to Resort at abou 4.30 pm. Break time, “Keropok”(prawn crackers),curry puff, coffee etc.
Free and easy, beach volley ball, soccer, swimming etc
Walked to near by hotel, Ayu Mayang Hotel, Redang Bay, Redang Lagoon, Redang Beach Resort, Laguna Redang, Redang Reef Hotel, “moh moh Cha Inn” survinior shop.
Enjoyed swimming at the sea front near Laguna Redang, stronger wave. Good experience.
BBQ dinner, prepared by hotel, “Ikan Bakar”, Fried chicken wing.
Afte 8 pm, board game, kara-OK, drinking at bar.
Day 2
Snorkering at Marine Park, Pulau Pinang at 9.30am. A lot of fishes, feed with break.
Snorkering at “Kampung Lama” at 2.30pm. This is the best snorking so far, can see some soft corals and plenty of fishes.
Free and easy after 4.30pm.
Day 3
Depart jetty at 8.30am, reached Merang Jetty at 9.30 am , just on time for Ferry to pick up passengers back to Redang Hotel.
Survinior shopping. Board bus at 11am, on the way back, stop by at a shop selling Keropok Lekor.
Lunch at Batu Melintang.
Reach Penang at 6pm.
