紐約的地理形狀就像一只聖誕老人的襪子，東西很窄，南北狹長，掃景點的話可以由南至北的順序。
Sightseeing Spots
1. Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island 自由女神、艾麗斯島移民博物館
Intro: 自由女神像內部中空，可搭電梯（不一定開放，可能需要爬樓梯，登高12層(共有168級台階)）直達神像頭部，火炬並不對觀眾開放。不建議爬上去，因為等待爬上頭像的隊伍較長，需要經過安檢，而且需要額外收取3$門票，下面看看拍照就可以了。
排隊的人較多，建議坐早班（8點/9點首班船）的渡船，一般是半個小時到45分鐘一班， 盡量避開高峰時段，比如周末，假期。

3. Wall Street, Trinity Wall Street 華爾街、Trinity天主大教堂
著名的Financial Center, 控制著全球的經濟命脈，身處其中卻發現其實這裡很小很窄，不如想像中那樣有雄偉的建築和大廈，有很多游客在這裡拍照。 座落在這裡的Tiffany Flagship Store 建築非常漂亮，值得參觀。
Trinity Church @ Broadway at Wall street. Manhattans oldest public building, 曼哈頓最老的公共建築，紀念George Washington和911救援中犧牲的工人。

4. Grand Zero, World Trade Center Site 世貿中心遺址

從Wall St. 走過來大概10多分鐘。
5. China Town, Little Italy 唐人街、小意大利
經過看看就可以，不必逗留，街道、商鋪比較零亂
6. Brooklyn Bridge 布魯克林大橋
在New York Island 的東南面，連接布魯克林區，另外2座橋在這座大橋之後建成分別是：Manhattan Bridge and Williamsburg Bridge, 連起來正好是BMW.
布魯克林類似於居民區，沒有特別著名的景點，可以不必過去。
7. Broadway (42nd – 53rd st.) 百老彙
相當於上海南京東路，沿途經過Macy’s Department Store，帝國大廈、時代廣場，逛逛拍拍照就可以，生活在上海，對這種繁華的景像已經麻木了。
8. Top of the Rock and 5th Ave 洛克菲勒中心、第五大道
比起帝國大廈來排隊的人要少，建議早上登樓可以俯瞰中央公園全景，票價：成人21 $ 一張。
第五大道相當於上海的南京西路，沿途有St. Patrick’s Cathedral，MoMA (The Museum of Modern Art) 晚上這一帶燈火點亮後這裡顯得非常熱鬧繁華。

9. United Nation 聯合國大樓
經過看看拍照即可，時間有限也可不去。

10. Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park 大都會博物館、中央公園
成人$20。可以靜心看一天的地方，但是對藝術知之甚少，也只能走馬觀花，國人缺乏這方面的教育，值得一看，可以在網上先學習了解一下。
看完博物館可以在中央公園逛一下，這裡附近的居民區屬於富人區。漫步在中央公園附近，沒有游客如織的景像，能讓你靜下心來感受紐約。

I. New York JFK Airport
搭乘地鐵到市區(e.g.: Time Square)的路線
1. Walk to JFK Terminal 5-6 Station
2. Take Light rail to Jamaica Station at Stuphin Boulevard (13min, 4 stops)
3. Take Subway E to 7th Ave,53 st. toward direction of World Trade Center (36mins, 21 stops)
4. Walk to Theater District – Time Square (6mins)
Airport shuttle bus：不建議搭乘，雖然價格便宜（約$25），但是需要和別人share ride，如果你住在Midtown or Uptown，那麼他們一般先送Downtown的客人，然後才輪到你，這樣一圈兜下來可能需要3小時，再加上從JFK機場出來的路非常堵。同樣，你如果搭乘shuttle bus去機場也是你先上車然後接downtown的人，接人的時間可能需要2小時以上，而且時間不好掌握，容易誤機。而且紐約服務行業的態度是非常差的。
Taxi: 從JFK到Downtown市區價格一般在$50以上。
TIPS：紐約的JFK機場是世界上最繁忙的機場之一，排隊的人永遠是那麼多，特別是節假日，所以一定要預留充足的登機時間才可以。

III. Gray Line – Double Decker Bus for New York Sightseeing 雙層巴士市區觀光車

Intro: 購買套票後可以在指定巴士站隨時上車、下車。套票選擇種類較多，可以購買ALL LOOPS TOUR(48 Hours) 54$，兩天內可以自由搭乘。也可以只購買NIGHT TOUR夜景票 44$。建議如果只是在紐約逗留2天，那麼還是不要坐觀光車，因為時間有限、而且票價有點小貴，地鐵更快更方便，如果不差錢可以只嘗試夜景觀光。
Direction: 購票點位於777 8th Ave between 47th & 48th streets, 購票後步行5分鐘內到達乘車點7th Ave between 46th & 47th streets.

3. Max Brenner - great chocolate restaurant. Seriously the best chocolate desserts in the world. @ 841 Broadway, located between 14th & 13th Streets. Order from the “to go” counter and take it to Union Square (close to this restaurant). Union Square will have many artists including live bands during the weekend.
4. Century 21 department store - Branded sales
Located between Church & Broadway, about a block away from what use to be the world trade towers. 逛了以後還是覺得Minneapolis的Albertville Outlet東西便宜.
5. Macy’s Department Store – Macys Flagship store at Herald Square, running 24 hours during holidays.
