導讀我們一行4人剛剛去巴釐島旅行回來,真是天堂!雖也有旅游地特有的小騙子,但感覺當地人還是比較純樸。不講旅游的美了,我把它留給你自己去享受。我這次去是從網上找了一個當地的代理訂的酒店,一切談妥,價格優惠。不用預先付押金,不用信用卡信息,告訴我們到了把現金付給他們就可以。但需要提供機票信息,確保人要去,不然他們損失就大了,因為很多酒店在旺� ...

我們一行4人剛剛去巴釐島旅行回來,真是天堂!雖也有旅游地特有的小騙子,但感覺當地人還是比較純樸。不講旅游的美了,我把它留給你自己去享受。我這次去是從網上找了一個當地的代理訂的酒店,一切談妥,價格優惠。不用預先付押金,不用信用卡信息,告訴我們到了把現金付給他們就可以。但需要提供機票信息,確保人要去,不然他們損失就大了,因為很多酒店在旺季要求預付款的。我反復地選酒店,他們的報價專業而不厭其煩。就在確定後,出發前6天,他們突然要求我提供信用卡信息,並簽署保證付款協議。我非常不滿意,因為這是開始沒談到的,而且這樣做我覺得不安全。電話打了過去,他們給我解釋,幾天前,他們的兩個顧客取消行程而沒有付款,他們非常心疼地損失了近USD1,000。 這對當地人說可是一筆大數字!這兩人就是我們的同胞,來自上海的同胞。

他們一直用郵件聯系,並保證一定去。可取消了行程,我想取消可能處於各種原因。但是他們沒能履約,打破了別人對客戶的信任。可恥呀。。。

我最後還是沒有提供信用卡資料,他們說:“好吧,我們能做的就是再一次相信你!”被別人相信也是很感激的事。我離開印尼時,非常滿意他們的服務,答應他們把這兩人的事放到中國的旅行網站上。我要履行我的承諾。

這是他們後來給我看的一個通告。看看他們的用詞,“我們出了大問題”“非常失望”。這兩個中國人的名字滿世界飛。成為別人不能誠信待人的原因!

我的這篇帖子請各人多多轉貼。告誡告誡自己吧。

CANCELLATION

(NO SHOW CLIENT)

Kindly be informed that on 25 August 2007 we’ve got a very big problem concerning our client no show in Bali. Details of client and the story as below :

TOTAL : US$ 943 + Rp 525.000

This guest has contacted us via email since 1 month before arrival (27 July 2007). As the matter of fact, August is considered as High Season and very difficult to get rooms. However, we tried our best to get rooms and finally get them.

For guarantee booking, we require this client to fill in our AUTHORIZATION LETTER, COPY OF PASSPORT, AND COPY OF CREDIT CARD (Both Sides). All those complete documents are required ONLY FOR GUARANTEE BOOKING. NO DEDUCTION IS CONDUCTED UNLESS THE BOOKING IS CANCELLED WITHIN CANCELLATION PERIOD (NORMALLY 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL) OR NO SHOW.

This client said will email the required documents. However, we didn’t get anything. We tried to TRUST our client that definitely will come to Bali since they already hold the ticket (RIXMLU / GA.841 On Aug.25 & GA.417 On Aug.31) And our TRUST finally returns with SORROW AND DISSAPOINTMENT. This client didn’t show up in Bali without any information and when we try to call seems he didn’t want to pick up the phone.

For the consequence, ALL HOTELS AND VILLA CHARGE US CANCELLATION CHARGE (WHOLE AMOUNT) AND WE’VE TO PAY THAT.

WE’VE LOST US$ 943 + Rp 525.000

IT IS REALLY REALLY DISSAPOINTING.

THEREFORE, WE NEED YOUR UNDERSTANDING TO SEND US THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO AVOID THIS PROBLEM HAPPENS IN THE FUTURE.
